Fly-for-Tots RC Event: Revisiting the 2009 Charity Fly-in
Fly-for-Tots RC Event: Taking a Look Back to Fly-for-Tots 2009
Because it’s that time again — the annual RDRC Fly-for-Tots Charity Fly-in that raises thousands of dollars for Victory Junction — I thought I’d finally pull out the rest of the photos I took at the first remote controlled airplane event I attended.
Finding the Fly-for-Tots photos, transferring them to my new computer, uploading them to Animoto and then to YouTube took most of my morning. I’m delighted to share them here with anyone who is interested.
Again, as always at RCRodeo, if you see a photo you would like, let me know and I’ll do my best to send it your way. At the very least, I’ll send you a link to where you can download the photo. If I forget, just keep hounding me until you get what you want. I love sharing the photos I’ve taken, even if they aren’t up to what some of the rest of the guys are doing. Occasionally, I DO get a good shot.
The Fly-for-Tots event gets bigger every year. These shots were taken during the brief time I was there. I did have a unique perspective when I aimed my camera from the back seat of a helicopter. To see those helicopter views, check out my first Animoto video about the 2009 Fly-for-Tots event.
